1. Operator and scope
These terms apply to articles, information and Labs on 3inch.ai, operated by 株式会社MIRAI CREWS (MIRAI CREWS). Please review them before using the site. The current Labs text inspector is a sample that counts characters and lines without using AI.
2. Information and samples
Articles, comparisons, product information and experiments are provided for general information, not individualized professional advice or a promise of results. Placeholder articles and sample products are not verified reviews of real products. Check the provider’s original information, current prices and conditions before making a purchase or contract decision.
3. Labs input and safe use
The current inspector processes text in your browser, does not transmit it to our server or an AI model, and does not persist it. It counts Unicode code points, which can differ from visible characters. Avoid entering confidential information or other people’s personal data, and keep your own copy of any text you need.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not violate laws or third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, impose excessive load, disrupt the service, or misrepresent sample results as measured AI performance. We may restrict access or features when necessary to protect security, rights or the operation of the site.
5. Intellectual property and external sites
Text, design, logos and software belong to us or their respective rights holders. Except where permitted by law or a specific license, unauthorized reproduction and redistribution are not permitted. External sites have their own terms; we do not guarantee their content or security. Advertising and affiliate placements, when present, will be identified where they appear.
6. Changes and responsibility
We aim for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee completeness, suitability for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service. Content and features may change or be suspended for maintenance or safety. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that consumer protection or other mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Updates, governing law and contact
Japanese law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory rights available to users. Material changes and their effective date will be announced on this page or elsewhere on the site. For questions about use or rights, consult the contact channels published on the official MIRAI CREWS company website linked below. This site does not currently operate a contact form.
