1. Scope and operator
株式会社MIRAI CREWS (MIRAI CREWS) explains here how information is handled on 3inch.ai. This policy covers the currently implemented article pages, sample product API and Labs text inspector. Account registration, payments and AI inference are not currently offered features.
2. Connection information
When you request pages or APIs, connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information reaches the delivery infrastructure. We use Cloudflare Workers / Static Assets for delivery. The infrastructure may process and log this information for delivery, security and troubleshooting. It is distinct from text typed into Labs.
3. Labs input
The text inspector processes input only in browser memory. It does not send it to our server, the product database or an AI model. Persistent input storage, behavioral measurement using input and AI training using input are not implemented. The clear button or reloading the page removes the input. Do not enter confidential information or another person’s personal data.
4. Cookies, analytics and database
The current site application does not use authentication cookies, advertising cookies, analytics tags or browser local storage. Infrastructure and browser caching are separate. D1 contains fictional sample product data; there is no feature storing visitor accounts or Labs input in that database.
5. Purposes, infrastructure and links
Connection information is handled as needed for delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. We do not sell or disclose Labs input to third parties. Infrastructure processing is subject to Cloudflare’s policies and contractual terms and may take place outside your country. External destinations have their own privacy policies, which you should review when following a link.
6. Retention and security
There is no server-side retention period for Labs input because it is not sent to the server. The application does not independently accumulate visitor logs. Infrastructure log retention depends on settings and contractual conditions, so this policy does not promise a fixed number of days. We work to protect the service through limited access and dependency maintenance, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Requests and policy updates
For access, correction, deletion or other personal information questions, use the contact channels published on the official MIRAI CREWS company website linked below. Requests are handled under applicable law and identity verification; we cannot retrieve Labs input we do not hold. If authentication, analytics or AI transmission is added, we will review the actual processing and this policy and provide necessary disclosures and consent mechanisms.
